Just because we’ve been working from home for months now doesn’t mean we have fully mastered it. Lots of us are working in less than perfect workstation set ups, including kitchens, which many people find distracting and are turning to what’s inside fridges or cupboards when previously at the office they might have gotten up for a walk or a chat with a colleague in the canteen.
