Spectrum Health provides trusted, flexible medical services designed specifically for GP Practices. Our offering includes Locum Doctor Services, out-of-Hours Doctor Services, and Allied Health Locum Services, which cover Dietitians, Podiatrists, and Physiotherapists.
Whether your practice requires temporary clinical cover, extended hours support, or access to specialised allied health professionals, our team ensures seamless continuity of care. All in-person or virtual consultations are carried out by fully vetted, Irish-based clinicians registered with their respective professional bodies.
For GP Practices
Falls Prevention Service.
Our Falls Action Program is designed to help GP Practices proactively identify and manage patients at risk of falling. Using advanced Kinesis QTUG technology, we conduct a quick, evidence-based walking assessment to detect individuals at medium to high risk.
Following assessment, our Chartered Physiotherapists develop tailored rehabilitation plans, including gait training, balance work, and strength-building exercises. This service supports GPS in reducing fall-related injuries, enhancing patient safety, and promoting long-term independence, especially for older or at-risk patients in the community.

Allied Health Services.
Spectrum Health provides Allied Health Services—including Physiotherapy, Dietetics, and Podiatry—to support GP Practices in delivering comprehensive, patient-centred care. Our fully qualified clinicians offer both in-practice and remote consultations, helping to manage a wide range of patient needs such as mobility issues, chronic condition management, rehabilitation, and nutritional support.
