Helping Your Team Drive Pain-Free
Reduce Musculoskeletal Injuries in Drivers with Our Ergonomic Solutions.
Prolonged time behind the wheel can lead to serious musculoskeletal strain — especially for professional drivers. Our vehicle-based ergonomic assessments are designed to evaluate posture, seating setup, and movement patterns within a driver’s specific work environment.
We help identify risks contributing to back, neck, or shoulder pain, and provide tailored recommendations to reduce discomfort and prevent long-term injury.
This service is ideal for employees who spend significant time driving — from sales reps and delivery staff to transport and field-based teams.

Your Legal Obligation.
Did You Know?
Under Irish law, employers are legally required to assess and manage ergonomic risks for employees who work in vehicles. Vehicles are considered places of work under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, and this comes with specific responsibilities.
Legal Obligations for Employers
Legal Obligations for Employers
According to Section 8 of the Act, employers must ensure, as far as is reasonably practicable, that:
Work vehicles are designed, provided, and maintained in a condition that is safe and without risk to health.
Employees have safe access to and from the vehicle.
Systems of work are well-planned, organised, and maintained.
Training, information, instruction, and supervision are provided for employees operating work-related vehicles.
In addition, the General Application Regulations 2007 require employers to:
Carry out risk assessments for all work environments, including vehicles.
Take steps to eliminate or reduce ergonomic risks identified during these assessments.
Why This Matters
Employees who spend long hours driving for work face a significantly higher risk of developing musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) such as back, neck, and shoulder pain. In fact:
Over 40% of professional drivers experience regular discomfort.
One in three reports moderate to severe low-back discomfort in a typical week.
Failing to assess and manage these risks can lead not only to employee injury and lost productivity, but also to non-compliance with health and safety legislation.

On the day, employees join the video session using the provided link. If login issues occur, our assessor will follow up directly using the contact details from the booking.
During the session, our Ergonomic Specialist will guide each employee through a structured assessment, offering expert advice and practical tips to ensure their vehicle is ergonomically set up for their individual needs.
After the session, you’ll receive a comprehensive report summarising key findings and tailored recommendations.
