Colm is a chartered physiotherapist who graduated with a first-class honours degree from University College Dublin, where he also obtained a certification in personal training. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Sports and Exercise Medicine at University College Cork. Colm’s professional experience includes working at Apple’s European Headquarters in Cork, where he utilized his skills in a corporate environment. Additionally, he has actively supported the athletic community by providing pitch-side care and overseeing rehabilitation programs for Gaelic football teams in Cork and Kildare.
Colm has a special interest in all Musculoskeletal conditions including post operative rehabilitation and sport/exercise medicine. He believes in the combination of manual therapy and exercise prescription to enable clients achieve their goals.
In his spare time he enjoys mountain biking, golf and GAA.
