Qualification & Education

Muhammad is a fully licensed Chartered Physiotherapist with current membership of the ISCP (Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists) and the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists, UK. He obtained his BS Degree in Physiotherapy from University of Karachi and Master Degree in Public Health from University of Essex, UK.

He is always keen to update his knowledge through continuous professional development. Most recently, he has done courses on physiotherapy modern techniques like myofascial trigger points release, spinal manipulation, Mulligan concepts of mobilisations, Myofascial Dry needling and musculoskeletal acupuncture etc.

Muhammad has more than 15 years experience in musculoskeletal and neuromuscular physiotherapy and rehabilitation. He started his career as a physiotherapist from a Joint Commission International Accreditation Certified university hospital, The Aga Khan University Hospital, Karachi.

He was promoted as a senior physiotherapist and got an additional post as a coordinator of Advance rehabilitation services at the sports and rehabilitation centre of the Aga Khan University Hospital, Karachi.

At the time of leaving Pakistan he was working as a manager of physiotherapy at the Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation in Dow University of Health Sciences, Karachi Pakistan.

He also has experience working on the world famous MicroFit fitness Evaluation System and the development of customised exercise and fitness plans for professional athletes and fitness conscious individuals.

He was a part of many injury prevention and rehabilitation programs in various stages of his professional career. He was involved in the smart heart programme for prevention and rehabilitation of coronary artery diseases.
