
Nouran is a fully registered Chartered Physiotherapist with current membership of the ISCP (Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists) and CORU. Nouran gained her MSc in Physiotherapy from University College Dublin and also holds a BSc in Kinesiology from McMaster University, Canada.
Nouran is a chartered Physiotherapist with extensive experience in exercise-based rehabilitation and helping people feel confident, capable, and in control of their movement. Nouran understands that rehab works best when it is engaging and relevant to everyday life. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and delivered in an energetic, practical, and motivating way.
Nouran has a wealth of experience working in a range of different areas including private practice and in a remote based physiotherapy role. In these roles Nourans manages a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions.
Nouran’s areas of interest include pelvic health, chronic low back pain, and supporting people to build long-term strength and resilience through progressive exercise. She also enjoys working with athletes, whether that involves returning to sport after injury or developing structured training plans for goals such as running a marathon or preparing for HYROX.
Outside the clinic, Nouran loves scuba diving and is always planning the next opportunity to explore beneath the surface.
