Our Rathmines Physio Clinic offers a wide range of specialised treatments and physiotherapy services.
Our highly experienced team of Chartered Physiotherapists in Rathmines is here to help you. With Spectrum Physio Rathmines, you can be confident that you are in good hands, as we only employ fully qualified, licensed, and insured Chartered Physiotherapists.
We also promise an excellent experience, with no waiting lists, no hanging around, and no excess talking or confusing jargon. Conveniently located in the heart of Rathmines, we’re committed to helping local residents move better, recover faster, and feel their best. So let us help you feel better; it’s what we are here for.

Your first session will involve a detailed assessment of your condition, hands-on treatment where appropriate, and then we’ll develop a tailored treatment plan. It’s all about understanding the issue and starting you on the path to recovery.
Your initial appointment and follow up appointments will last about 30 minutes and costs €70 per session.
No, you don’t generally need a GP referral to book in for physiotherapy — you can self-refer. However if your insurance requires it, you might want to check your policy or ask us and we can assist.
We work with all major insurers – Vhi, Laya and Irish Life. We recommend you check your own policy for its terms and conditions to see what cover you have.
We treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports-related issues: e.g. back & neck pain, ligament sprains, tendon/muscle problems, sports injuries, balance/falls issues, post-surgery rehabilitation, and much more.
Each location may offer slightly different specialist services.
That’s absolutely fine. Our chartered physiotherapists are experienced in post-operative rehabilitation and serious injury management. Please bring any operative reports, imaging (MRI/X-ray) where available and any GP/surgeon instructions to your first appointment.
Both — after initial assessment you’ll receive hands-on treatment (if appropriate) and we’ll build a home/clinic-exercise programme as part of your recovery. The aim is hands-on help plus long-term active management.
We aim to offer very short waiting times. Many patients can be seen within days (or sometimes same day) depending on availability and urgency.
If you’re in acute pain or have a sudden injury, call us and we’ll try to prioritise you.
Please bring your health insurance details, any referral or imaging you have, a list of current medications, and wear comfortable clothing so your physio can assess movement freely (e.g. shorts for knee, tee-shirt for shoulder). Arrive a few minutes early to complete any administrative paperwork.
Honest experiences from people who’ve trusted us to help them move better and feel stronger.
