Ciara Shortall is a fully qualified Podiatrist with current membership of the SCPI (Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists of Ireland) and CORU. Ciara graduated from The University Of Salford, Manchester with a BSC (Hons) degree in Podiatry.
Ciara gained valuable experience whilst under her training and placements with the university, visiting several different clinics in many locations. She has treated many patients with a wide variety of presenting problems such as ingrown toe nails, corns, calluses, wounds and diabetic ulcers. Ciara has experience in Nail surgery through her placement and has a keen interest in this area. Other areas of interest to Ciara include Diabetic foot care and Nail and Skin care.
Ciara regularly keeps up to date with new and changing knowledge and clinical skills by attending additional training course and conferences when she can.
