Cillian achieved a BSc in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Glasgow Caledonian University. He has worked within the NHS for nearly fifteen years and has a broad range of clinical experience from critical care and parenteral nutrition to pediatrics and allergy.
Prior to achieving his degree in Dietetics, Cillian also graduated from University College Cork with a Ba Music.
He has worked across the UK in a range of inpatient and outpatient specialties in both areas of adult and children’s nutrition. Due to his own journey in life he also has a specialist interest in the relationship between diet and mood. Cillian uses excellent communication skills with his advanced clinical skills to empower his clients towards achieving their goals.
Cillian is extremely interested in the relationship between diet and mood. He recognises the importance of clear nutritional advice and the positive impact it can make in a young persons life when they are given the advice that they need at the right time.
In his spare time Cillian has a little dog, Holi, who takes up most of his free time. He is an avid gamer, enjoys to cook and bake, and he designs board games and games pieces.
