Ines graduated in Podiatry from the University of A Coruña and later completed a degree in Physiotherapy at Rovira i Virgili University in Barcelona. She currently practises in the role of a Foot Health Practitioner.

Ines has experience in both private practice and hospital settings, and additional training in biomechanics, sports healthcare, and orthotics.

Her training allows her to work with patients from a holistic and global perspective. Ines focuses on identifying the root cause of the problem and improving it with a long-term approach.

For many years, Ines has combined my professional healthcare background with a strong passion for sport. She trained and competed at a high level, which has shaped her understanding of movement, performance, and injury prevention. She has a particular interest in strength training, running, and sports such as Pilates, CrossFit, and martial arts.

Through foot health, Ines approaches the body as a whole. Her work ranges from gait analysis, skin and nail conditions, and tailored exercise programs to reduce pain or prevent injury, to more specific aspects such as assessment and adaptation to barefoot footwear.

Had been struggling with a problem in my toe making it very painful to do any activity that required walking so I had to take action one day when I could’ve bear the pain anymore. I attended this clinic as they had same day appointments. My consultation was with FHP Ines Ricoy C. And found nothing but excellence and professionalism in both the actual treatment for my toe and how she was talking to me. She explained meticulously how I should do the after care and made sure I wasn’t in any pain during the procedure! I would highly recommend booking a consultation with her!

I had such a great experience with Ines and couldn’t recommend her more highly. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring. She took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me very helpful advice about the best treatment options for my foot pain and hard skin. She also managed to remove both a painful hard skin area and a corn completely painlessly.
