Home Pelvic Routines are courses designed for women and men to train weak pelvic floor muscles from the comfort of their own home at an affordable price. The pelvic floor muscles are muscles located in the underneath part of the pelvis of both men and women.
Home Pelvic Routines are a step-by-step training routine that consists of three videos and three e-books. The routines are suitable for women and men of all ages. If you suffer from any one or a combination of the following conditions, then these courses can help you and make a difference to your life.
