In these one to one consultations, we will be giving you the opportunity to come and meet with our Fitness Expert, Jody Kennedy. Whether you wish to improve your fitness, lose weight, gain muscle, train for a specific sport event or just keep fit, our Personal Trainer will help guide and motivate you towards your personal goals and address any concerns you may have.
Who: Fitness Expert, Jody Kennedy will deliver the consultations.
When: The consultations will take place on Friday March 16th from 09:00-17:00. Duration of each consultation will be 30 minutes.
