6 Week Classes
This programme is suitable for people of all fitness levels and abilities. Pilates is a mat based form of exercise which is low impact in nature and uses gentle resistance to both strengthen and lengthen the muscles of the whole body but with special emphasis on strengthening the core.
Incorporating modern exercise science and rehabilitation principles, Pilates is a safe and highly effective low-impact way to stretch, strengthen and streamline the body. Pilates helps to develop optimal strength, flexibility, endurance and posture, without building bulk or stressing joints, which makes it the perfect complement to cardiovascular exercise, athletic training or rehabilitation.
Who: Pilates Instructor, NAME will deliver these classes.
When: The classes will commence on Monday July 17th at 17:30, and will run for 6 weeks.
