This is a fun training programme for anyone who has either limited or no previous running experience and wants to be able to run 5k in 8 weeks! This running training programme will have you fit and prepared to complete 5K.
This is a supervised run/walk to continuous running programme. Our Running Coach will lead these weekly group sessions & show you the techniques you need to run up to 5K and beyond, efficiently and pain free.
Each participant will also have access to our eLearning platform where online content will detail the running programme for that week, as well as helpful advice about nutrition, what to wear and motivational input. Even if you miss a supervised session, you will still be able to stay on top of your training plan by following the eLearning content.
When: The classes will take place every Wednesday starting June 7th at 17:45.
