6 Week Classes
Whether your aim is to tone up, relax, reduce stress or simply boost your energy levels, our instructor will show you how to strengthen, tone and relax your body whilst quietening your mind! This 6 week programme can be enjoyed by everyone, whether you are new to yoga or are a veteran!
Who: Yoga Instructor, Grainne Toher will deliver these classes.
When: The classes will commence on March 12th at 08:15, and will run for 6 weeks.
Do I Need to Sign Up? Yes. Places are limited so register by completing the booking form below.
Please note, if the slots have already been booked you can click on “Wait” to sign up for a wait list. Meaning that you have no booking but are on a waiting list for the event if there is a cancellation.
If there is a “Sold” button or blank space instead of the book button this means both the available slots and the wait list slots have been taken.
If you receive an error message, this means multiple people are trying to book for the same time slot. Refresh the page and repeat the booking process to confirm your booking.
