Stress can cause us to feel tired- many people overlook the fatigue and tiredness that comes hand in hand with short bursts or ongoing stress. A poor diet can mean that your body is lacking the essential nutrients to keep you well let alone energized. Deficiency disorders such as anemia can be common in a diet lacking in good quality foods and can cause you to feel tired. Think of it like a petrol car being filled up with diesel…it simply will not function efficiently. Exercise flushes oxygen around the body and can keep tiredness at bay yet now we are living more sedentary lives than ever before often failing to be active for 30 mins in a 24 hour period- this can lead to a feeling of tiredness
