Whatever your roster and whatever your sleeping patterns, there are certain rules which apply to everyone throughout their day. We will give you tips and techniques for managing your sleep when at work and at home. This webinar will establish some ground rules to ensuring healthy and proper sleep.
The webinar will be available for all Cope Galway employees to watch from October 30th and will remain available for 90 days.
